I had to go to Chicago for a few days for a meeting and ended up spending time with some Domme friends and My personal slut Claudette. Two updates on the toughened laws regarding adult sites:
1. The inspections have started and it’s been really interesting. The last news report I read was that of the many inspections, only two had been 100 percent compliant. Technically, that means the others are all in violation and could be sent to prison. But it sounds as if the feds aren’t quite as hard-assed as I would have expected. Maybe their goal really IS looking for underage porn. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that’s truly their goal, not a witchhunt.
What’s interesting is that the two companies that were fully compliant had hired FULL TIME people to do their records. (Every picture has to be cross referenced and all kinds of very organized stuff - for someone like me who isn’t the most organized person when it comes to paperwork, that’s a tough expectation.) One of the full time persons has a PhD in computer science.
Uh, yeah. Word. (Okay, I always wanted to say “word,” I’ll admit. There you go. I’ve said it. I am now officially super cool, but I still.hate.rap.)
2. Cartoons are apparently exempt.
I am adaptive.
So, until this gets sorted out (as in regs are relaxed for persons like me running an amateur website as long as I can prove I was over 21 when my pics were taken, or, some test cases head to court and on various grounds part of the law gets tossed out by some pinko judge), I’m going cartoonish!
It just so happens I have a pet who is pretty talented in the artistic arena. He can draw/paint cartoons and comic type stuff. Check out my new blog design - the artwork of me in a hat is actually ME, but done by him.

There’s obviously never a time when I’m not busy with various projects. The list seems endless at times.
Blogging is obviously low on the list.
One thing I’m doing here and there is working on a new web design. I like to change it now and then, along with my NF pages. You may or may not know about the ongoing challenges in running an adult website. It’s gotten really complex for those of us in the US.
The laws have toughened up, supposedly to help combat child porn. The reality, though, is obvious: the feds want to make it as uncomfortable and difficult as they can for anyone who runs an adult-oriented website. The requirements are complicated, and for many like myself on Niteflirt, unacceptable. And Congress has thought of every loophole….and plugged it up. You can’t use a PO Box, you can’t make yourself exempt by registering your site and hosting it in another country. (Well, you can, but the penalties for any infraction are so tough - serious prison time for the first offense - that the risk is too great.) Sure, some are either ignorant of the law or they just think the chances of an inspection are low enough they’ll risk it.
I’m not willing to take that risk. If you’ve visited this site over time, you’ll have noticed that photos have gotten more tame. I long ago pulled anything that had nudity. My plan is to stay exempt so I don’t have to deal with all the record keeping requirements, and more importantly, the accessibility I would have to make for an inspection from the feds. That means no photos on this website with nudity. I’m still unclear about breasts. You talk to one lawyer and they say no genitals, but tits are okay. Next lawyer says no tits.
It’s going to take some cases actually going to court to have higher courts try and decide what constitutes what’s allowed and what isn’t. (To be clear, nudity and even sexually explicit behavior is allowed, but by having that on your website, you have to have very complex records - no mistakes or you’re fucked - along with a declaration of hours the feds can show up for an inspection, along with a map showing the way…it’s a real god damn mess.) So you’ll see a lot of women on NF going soft. That includes yours truly.
It’s also clear that you’re not exempt if you have anything depicting “sadistic or masochistic behavior.” Well, gee, that’s just about everything I do, isn’t it? So no cbt pics, and sadly, I can’t put some movies up that I was going to, of me fucking a slut with my strapon. 
My hope is that this will all eventually swing back the other way, that website owners won’t have to be included in all this shit, or that they’ll make an exception for individuals who do their own thing. (i.e. put up their own pics and vids and cam shows)
Until things change, however, malesub.com will be super softcore. It’s a damn shame, because I like it HARD. There is even speculation that text might be included in all of this. It reminds me of the time, several years ago, that AOL was trying to show the world it took family friendly seriously. They banned a number of words, including breast. Oooooh. Except what happened was that nobody was able to discuss breast cancer or breast feeding. Fucking dimwits.
I think I’m most saddened by the fact that I have such a delicious collection of dick pictures I wanted to share.
